S.A.L.F. S.p.A. Laboratorio Farmacologico has established a channel dedicated to Whistleblowing reports, which ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the people involved, as well as the content and documentation related to the reported offense.

To report through this channel it is necessary to use the IT platform available at the link https://forms .office.com/e/5zn7m8cE3u

It will be possible to enter in the form the information that uniquely identifies the reporting person and any other subjects mentioned in the report.

Anonymous reports will also be taken in consideration.

The reporting party is required to fill in the sections of the form clearly and in detail, providing the requested information as mandatory, and as much optional information as possible.
