The Quality, Environment and Safety Management Systems are able to guarantee the quality of medicines, medical devices and services in order to:

• satisfy customer expectations effectively and efficiently;
• comply with product specifications and applicable regulations regarding drugs and medical devices;

To achieve the objectives described above, the company management demonstrates constant leadership and commitment towards the Management Systems by promoting, developing and supporting them.

In particular, it undertakes to:

• analyze its own organization and its context;
• plan improvement strategies by integrating them into the Management System requirements;
• exercise constant control in the implementation of the requirements defined in the Management Systems;
• update the Quality and Environment indices by setting improvement objectives;
• support their pursuit with adequate means;
• respect the regulations in force regarding environmental protection and safety.
